    ABOUT ME Natural medicine has always been present in my life. I grew up among medicinal plants, since my family had a herbalist. Since I was little I was interested in the properties of plants and I was fascinated by all those concoctions, I was curious what the vitamins, minerals and everything I saw in the herbalist were for. When I finished university, it was clear to me that I wanted to delve into natural therapies, so I began to study Naturopathy. This was more than 20 years ago, and I have not stopped completingmy formation with various courses on Molecular Nutrition, Bach Flowers, Foot Reflexology, Pediatric Homeopathy, NLP, Reiki, Health Coaching...in a never-ending process that enriches me professionally and personally. In my professional life, I have worked for more than 10 years in Herbal Dietetics, which has given me extensive experience in nutritional supplements and phytotherapy. I have also worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a technical product trainer and sales representative, which led me to discover my passion for passing on what I am learning to others. And my Ikigai: for more than 10 years I have been consulting   for natural therapies combining various techniques to make personalized treatments and help people have a better quality of life.
